Returning Families

DROP

Between 9-9:30 in the CCC Chapel. Please make sure that each item has an envelope safety pinned (uniform) or envelope taped (books, curriculum, learning material) to it with the following information on it:

 

  • Last name, first name

  • Phone number

  • Venmo username (if accepting this form of payment)

  • Item description & size (if applicable)

  • Price

NOTE: All prices must be exact whole dollar amounts (ex. $3.00, $8.00, $20.00, etc). Any items that do not have an envelope properly attached (safety pins or tape, please NO stick pins) with all of the appropriate information will not be able to be included in the sale. Items will be displayed on tables so please no hangers.

SHOP

 Between 10-11.  We will have uniforms & curriculum organized by item and size on tables in the chapel. If you wish to purchase an item, please put the EXACT AMOUNT of money in the envelope attached to that item. Checks are accepted, but cash is preferred. If you do use checks, you must write a check for each individual item purchased. If a seller accepts Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal as payment, their username will be written on the envelope.  You will then take the items to the checkout area with the envelopes still attached and unsealed. Bring a large variety of bills with you, especially $1’s and $5’s, as no change will be made.

FETCH

Between 11:30-12.  Please pick up any unsold items and money after the sale. Any items not picked up will be donated. 

 

NOTE: the CCC playground (or gymnasium weather permitting) will be available in the in between times should you decide to stay on campus. Bring a snack or a lunch, and feel free to make a morning of it with other ALA families! 

SUMMER READING DONATIONS

In an effort to encourage reading over the summer, feel free to bring any free reading materials that are no longer being used at home. Any student that brings a book, can take a book that day! All leftover books will be used as prizes for our Rad Reading Challenge coming up in the fall (more info coming soon).

Between 11-12   Need help ordering curriculum for your student? An ALA volunteer will be available to come alongside you and help with any ordering needs or questions you may have!
